How can I order a card for myself or as a gift?

Individual digital gift cards are not yet available for purchase but are coming soon!

When can I/my gift recipient expect my digital gift card order?

Digital gift cards are sent via email almost immediately or on the date designated by the purchaser.

Where can a Clean Origin gift card be purchased and redeemed?

Clean Origin gift cards will only available for purchase in the United States, and can only be redeemed for orders shipped to an address in the United States.

How do I redeem my Clean Origin gift card?

Clean Origin gift cards can be redeemed in the United States only for authorized products at www.cleanorigin.com by entering your gift card information at checkout.

What if I have a question about redeeming a gift card?

If you or your gift recipient have any questions or difficulty redeeming a gift card, please reach out to Clean Origin Customer Service.

Does a Clean Origin gift card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees?

Clean Origin gift cards do not expire or incur any fees.

How can I check my gift card balance on a Clean Origin gift card?

You may check your TGCM GRWB Issued Gift Card balance by visiting https://balance.clutch.com/cleanorigin. Gift Card balances may also be checked by applying the Gift Card to the cart during checkout or by reaching out to our team at ajscreations@giftcardhelp.com. Please note that the balance given or reflected online is an estimate only.  Such balance may be periodically adjusted or changed in the event of a purchase or other charge or transaction on your Gift Card. 

How can I request a refund for my Clean Origin gift card if it has a low balance?

Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to refund. If your Clean Origin gift card has a verifiable balance of $10 or less, please contact 866-548-1802 or ajscreations@giftcardhelp.com to request a refund.

How can I request a replacement on a lost, stolen or damaged Clean Origin gift card?
